Pumpkins!

We’re really milking this Fall for all it’s worth before it gets frigid and snowy! Last weekend we took a trip to Butternut Farm with one of Taylor’s friends from school, Galya. There were hardly any apples left, but we managed to grab a few Macs. The pumpkin patch was rather sad-looking, but the girls didn’t notice and had a blast running around picking out pumpkins. Taylor was pretty excited to have Gali come to her house to play, and they had a blast picking pumpkins and apples together!

I also took Taylor to Touch-a-Truck in Portsmouth. She loved looking at all the big trucks, and took it upon herself to climb right up into one of them!

The work is coming along with the kitchen re-do, and Taylor seems to be enjoying the transformations. She loves it when Uncle Scott comes to help with the work, and will repeat “Scott working” over and over again. It's been a really busy time, not only with the kitchen work, but I also started a new job, and recently found out that we're expecting a little brother or sister for Taylor! The baby is due April 20th, and we are so excited! Once again I'm convinced it's a boy...(we see how that prediction turned out before). We'll know for sure by Thanksgiving! In the meantime, here's a nice shot of his baby's profile!

Taylor will be a great big sister, and will just love "helping" with the baby. Let's just hope she treats him/her a little more gently than her baby doll...
